Located in the residential area between the port and Balmins beach this is a great place to really relax and enjoy the scenery. With wonderful views from the living room and even more stunning vistas from the roof terrace the position of this villa is hard to beat. Balmins beach is just 2 minutes stroll and the town centre is a pleasant 20 minute walk. Just behind the villa is the port of Aigadolce lined with lovely restaurants and cafes.
This is an unusual villa as the living area is on the ground floor and the bedrooms are beneath, almost subterranean to keep the sleeping area cool.
The spacious living room has a large sofa, glass coffee tables, lamps, TV and CD player.
From the lounge you can step out onto a small patio terrace which provides access to the roof terrace via a steep spiral staircase. The roof terrace is wonderful with uninterrupted views across the beach to the old town. There is garden furniture for al fresco dinning and soaking up the sun.
The master bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables, lamps and wardrobe space. This bedroom also has an en suite bathroom.
The second bedroom has 2 twin beds bedroom and ample shelving and draws for clothing.
The third bedroom has a single bed, bedside table and lamp.
The kitchen has a large oven, hob, microwave, toaster and refrigerator.
The main bathroom has a w.c., hand basin, bath and shower.
The inviting swimming pool is shared with several neighbouring villas and is just by the door to the apartment. It is gated off from the road so great for the kids. It is set in a pretty grassed garden.
This is a great villa in a great location, slightly away from the frenetic centre but close enough to be convenient. With a wonderful roof terrace and swimming pool it offers everything you need for your stay in Sitges.
There are air conditioning units in the living room and the lower hallway which cools the bedrooms. There is no heating for winter.
