The street where the apartment is located runs directly to the beach. This recently constructed building has a lift in the main entrance which will take you to the third floor.
The apartment itself contains a comfortable sitting room, a modern, fully equipped kitchen, spacious double bedroom and a bathroom.
The sitting room has a comfortable sofa bed and a dining table with chairs for entertaining. There is also a TV and internet access. For maximum comfort, the sitting-room has remote controlled air-conditioning for both summer and winter.
The sitting room opens out onto a big terrace with terracotta tiles which has a set of teak table and chairs. This is perfect for relaxing after a hard day's sightseeing in Barcelona or dining with friends in the summer. It has a partial view of the beach and sea promenade.
There is a modern kitchen, well equipped for self catering with oven and hob, fridge freezer, pots, pans, crockery and glassware.
The bedroom, decorated in a cool Mediterranean style has a calm, relaxed ambiance. It contains a double bed, two built-in cupboards, bedside tables and lamps.
The bathroom is clean and smart and tiled throughout. It has a bath and shower, WC and hand basin.
Please note that the air conditioning unit is in the living room only. For maximum comfort, each room has a ceiling fan.
As the apartment is situated at the back of the building, it is a perfect place to unwind in peace and quiet yet is right by the golden beaches and the wonderful old town of stunning Sitges.
