On entering the house there is a spacious entrance hall. From here you reach the kitchen, which is basic, but fully equipped with hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cooking utensils, pots, pans, tableware and cutlery are provided for your stay.
From here you also access the large living/dining room. It has two comfortable sofas, 2 armchairs, a large dining table and chairs for 8 people. In addition there is a sideboard, coffee table and lamps plus an open fireplace. There is a TV, VCR, and DVD. The large french windows open up to give a view of the back garden and the gorgeous swimming pool.
There is a bathroom with W.C. and handbasin on this floor.
The bedrooms are arranged on the first floor.
Bedroom 1 features a double bed, a big built in wardrobe, bedside tables, lamps, vanity table and a chair.
Bedroom 2 features two single beds, a chest of drawers with mirror, a bedside table, a chair, and a big built in wardrobe.
Bedroom 3 features a queen size bed, a 2 seater sofa, a chest of drawers and also a big built in wardrobe.
Bedroom 4 features 2 single beds, a mirror, a chest of drawers and a big built in wardrobe.
There is a large family bathroom. It is fully tiled, has a bathtub with shower over, WC, handbasin and a mirror.
In the basement (please note this is basement from the street side but on the ground floor faces out towards the garden/pool) is another living room featuring a sofa, an armchair, piano, TV and a chest of drawers.
On this floor is the fifth bedroom featuring a double bed, an armchair, bedside tables, lamps and a big built in wardrobe.
The second bathroom is located on this floor. It is fully tiled, has bathtub with shower over, WC, handbasin and a mirror.
There is also a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Finally the house enjoys a pretty garden with a gorgeous swimming pool. You have plenty of space for a relaxing alfresco dinner, which you can prepare yourself on the barbecue that you find conveniently provided.
This house offers great budget accommodation - fantastically located in a very central position.

There were plenty of supermarkets nearby and also the shops in Sitges were varied with both quality and cheaper goods. I bought lots of jewellry for myself and for gifts.
