This fantastic town house, spread over four levels, is situated in the centre of the old town and just a 2 minute walk to the beautiful San Sebastian beach. There are also many fabulous shops nearby and the museums, galleries, and beautiful church are just moments away.

Enter the apartment from street level to a lovely private entrance hall and main access to the apartment. On the ground floor there is an office/lounge area with a comfortable sofa bed, desk with a PC. and a guest toilet with WC and handbasin.

Stairs lead up to the first floor and open onto the spacious lounge/dining area. This is a very sociable space with comfortable sofas, coffee table, fireplace, flat screen TV/DVD/Stereo and a large dining table with seating for 6 guests. From here there is access onto the small standing balcony which overlooks the street.

The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with an oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and plenty of pots, pans and tableware are provided.

The second floor has two spacious bedrooms, the first with a double bed and the second has a single bed with a single underneath which can be pulled out. Both bedrooms have a TV and are air conditioned. There is also a smart bathroom with bath, overhead shower, large mirror, hand basin, bidet and WC. Also on this floor is a small utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

The third floor has a fabulous master bedroom with a luxurious double bed, plenty of wardrobe space, TV, air conditioning, smart en suite bathroom with a walk in shower, hand basin, bidet and WC. From the master bedroom there are double doors which open onto a wonderful terrace with a table and chairs and wonderful rooftop views of Sitges.

This is a wonderful town house, full of character, the perfect base for a wonderful stay in Sitges.
