Perfectly located in a quiet residential street but just a very short walk down to the main beaches and only 5 minutes from the restaurants, cafes, shops and bars of the old town centre - this is a great location for your stay in Sitges.
This is a new apartment so offers comfort and convenience. The living room has a large and comfortable L shaped sofa, TV, and CD stereo. There is also a dining table and four chairs and has modern chrome halogen spotlights with dimmer switches. The lounge opens out on to the first lower terrace via full length sliding double glazed doors.
This first terrace is wonderful in summer as it is filled with beautiful Mediterranean plants and palms with an automatic watering system. For Al Fresco dinning there is a very attractive mosaic tiled table with 4 wrought iron chairs. Sunny during the day and lit with lanterns at night this terrace is a real treat.
Stairs from the lower terrace lead up to the upper terrace/solarium. This is a spacious and very private terrace/roof top solarium with two wooden loungers and a rattan lounger, planters and large plants. There are great roof top views offering glimpses of the sea a short stroll away.
Inside, the kitchen is modern and very well equipped with fridge-freezer, dishwasher, electric oven, halogen hob, stainless steel extractor hood, marble tops, kettle, toaster, cafetierre. All plates, glasses, wine glasses and cutlery are provided together with an iron & ironing board.
The main bedroom has a very comfortable double bed and fitted wardrobes, with hanging space, shelves and cupboards. There are bedside cabinets and lamps on each side of bed. The bedroom has sliding double glazed doors on to the rear balcony. The bedroom is light, sunny and bright but also has shutters to black out if required.
Bedroom 2 is a small double room with a single bed that can become a double (a further single can slide out from underneath) and fitted wardrobes, with hanging space, shelves and cupboards. There are chrome spot lights and bamboo blinds. Light, sunny and bright but with shutters to black out if required.
The bathroom has a shower, bath, w.c., sink and bidet. Chrome taps, blue mosaic tiled walls with a cream tiled floor and spot lights make this a very smart bathroom. There is a handy full length mirror on the back of the door.
The hall off from the living room has fitted wardrobes containing also clothes dryer/airer.
This is a very smart and comfortable apartment conveniently located for both the beaches and the old town. The wonderful roof terraces make this a very attractive and relaxing choice for your stay in beautiful Sitges.
Like many apartments in Sitges the building is not far from the railway so you may hear the trains whilst in the apartment.

There is a playground v close by (and easily missed) for families. If you leave apartment and turn left. Then take a right. Train tracks are on your left. Before you reach the tourist office there is a playground. There is another one in the park under the railway bridge (and one near San Sebastian beach) Also this apartment is very near the MonBus stop for the airport."
