Located in the Poble Sec area of Sitges, this apartment offers quality and spacious accommodation to suit families and groups of friends travelling together.

The apartment has a comfortable living/dining room with a great corner sofa, a smart dining table and chairs, TV/DVD and WiFi internet access.

The kitchen is compact, yet functional and fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, oven/hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and plenty of crockery, cutlery, pots and pans are provided.

The apartment has 2 double bedrooms and a third bedroom with a single bed, each has a built in wardrobe for storage.

There are also two bathrooms, a large family bathroom and a separate shower room.

• For High and Peak Season dates there is a minimum 5 night booking requirement.
  
  
• For bookings made within 30 days of arrival the total balance will be charged to the credit card used to secure the booking, at the time of booking.
  
  
• Arrivals between 6.00pm and 9.00pm will be charged a late check-in fee of 25 euros. Between 9.00pm and midnight the charge will be 40 euros. Sunday check-ins will also attract a 25 euro charge.
  
  
• Arrivals after midnight cannot be accommodated, entry to the apartment must be the following day.
  
  
• For this apartment the balance may be paid by cash or credit card. If paying the balance by credit card a processing charge of 2.5% will be applied, with a minimum 5 euros.
