Central, central but cool and breezy, this deceptively large three bedroom apartment in the centre is wonderfully located for the facilities, bars, beaches and restaurants. The apartment is in the midst of all activity but still a quiet get-away.
The apartment is on the second floor and although without a lift there is an easy walk-up. There are 3 good sized bedrooms, two with double beds and the third with a single bed. It is really central to everywhere with balconies over looking the street where you can watch just about everybody walk by.
The living area is cool and simple with a cream double sofa bed and cream rug by the glass topped coffee table. There is a dining area fitted out with a glass topped dining table and 6 smart leather backed chairs. There is a TV, DVD and stereo of course with small occasional tables and reading lights. There are sliding patio doors leading out on to the balcony where there is a table and chairs to make you more comfortable watching the goings on.
The kitchen is separated off from the living area and is set out in dark wood and stainless steel with a cream marble floor. Fully fitted and equipped there is a kettle, microwave, fridgefreezer, coffee maker and iron and ironing board.
The two double bedrooms both have double beds, with bedside cabinets and fitted wardrobes with access to little balconies overlooking the street. The apartment is completely double glazed promising you a tranquil nights sleep.
The third, single bedroom has fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinet and access again to a balcony.
The shower room has a w.c, sink and shower with plenty of storage space, all decked out with cream tiles and glass bricks.
The apartment is fully air conditioned, heated and with double glazing making it a comfortable place to relax while still being right in the thick of things.
Furnished in a modern and clean style with lots of facilities this has to be a holiday bargain for friends travelling together or a family group.
Additional Booking Conditions:
On arrival you will be asked to sign a blank credit card slip that may be used after you leave in the unlikely event there are damages or extra cleaning required.
- For High and Peak Season dates there is a minimum 5 night booking requirement.
For bookings made within 30 days of arrival the total balance will be charged to the credit card used to secure the booking, at the time of booking.
Arrivals between 6.00pm and 9.00pm will be charged a late check-in fee of 25 euros. Between 9.00pm and midnight the charge will be 40 euros. Sunday check-ins will also attract a 25 euro charge.
Arrivals after midnight cannot be accommodated, entry to the apartment must be the following day.
For this apartment the balance may be paid by cash or credit card. If paying the balance by credit card a processing charge of 1.5% will be applied, with a minimum 5 euros.
For this apartment we offer cot and high chair hire at 25 euros per item per booking.
