Peace and quiet and yet just an 8 minute stroll to the centre of Sitges and a couple of minutes more to the beaches.
This is a great apartment which is wonderfully welcoming and comfortable in a quieter part of town. You are close to the little local bars and supermarket nearby so you can be one of the locals. There is also a fantastic new sports complex with outdoor pool just a minute away from the end of the road.
The living room is beautifully light and fresh with cool marble floors and tasteful creamy colours. There are two super comfortable cream sofas with dark wooden furniture adding darker tones. There is a large coffee table and separate occasional tables. There is a TV, DVD, video and stereo and satellite channels (English terrestrial channels). Furthermore, there is a huge library of DVDs in to chose from so you can catch up on those films you may have missed out on. The living area is air conditioned and opens out via double glazed French doors to the terrace.
The 30 square metre terrace is a real treat. There is sun all day and it has great views over the roof tops, mountains and the Mediterranean. This is just the place to sunbathe or to have your drinks watching the sun go down over the mountains. There are two sun shades that can cover the terrace if you are feeling the heat, to provide plenty of shade and privacy. There is also a table and chairs that you can use to dine out after the sun has gone down.
The superb brand new kitchen is compact but full of everything you will need to host your dinner parties on the terrace. With cream wooden units and solid wood tops the kitchen is cleverly laid out to maximise space and includes the full range of appliances including a fridge freezer, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster , juicer and coffee maker. All plates, glasses, wine glasses and cutlery are provided together with an iron & ironing board.
There is a separate dining room to use if you want more intimate dining with dining table and chairs or it can be just used as a quiet room.
The master en-suite bedroom has plenty of wardroble space, drawers plus bed side cabinets, reading lamps and electric fan. The bedroom is richly decorated in dusky rose and satin with a white wooden double bed and white wooden furniture. The new en-suite shower room comprises a good sized shower and sink.
The second double bedroom has a double bed and bedside tables and lamps with an electric fan. Patio doors lead directly onto the terrace so the room is lovely and sunny but there are black out blinds if required if you want to sleep a little later.
The third double bedroom again has access directly onto the terrace. Again the room is very light but there are black out blinds if you wish and an electric ceiling fan. The bed can be used as a single bed, or a double if required as a further bed can slide cleverly out from underneath to fit snugly side by side. Please be aware that if used as a double bed, there is less room available in the bedroom.
The main bathroom has a shower, w.c., sink with tiled walls and a slate floor
This is a luxurious apartment that provides every comfort for your stay in a peaceful location but still an easy stroll to the bars and restaurants in the centre and of course the beaches. The apartment provides ample space for even larger groups to be comfortable and to entertain at home. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and does not have a lift. Air Conditioning is in the living room only.
