Located just off the main square in Sitges, four minutes stroll from the bars and beaches.

A real home from home - the atmosphere of the apartment is relaxed and welcoming, there is plenty of space to comfortably accommodate 5 people.

The apartment has a large terrace and 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and large kitchen. The lounge and dining area are light and has two separate areas, one for dining, with a large glass table and 6 chairs and the relaxing TV area. The TV area leads off through large double glass doors onto the Terrace. There is satellite TV with UK channels (basic package only), stereo hi fi with CD player.

The walled terrace overlooks the mountains and the rooftops of Sitges. Sunny in the afternoons, it has terracotta planters full of succulents and tropical plants, a love seat for romantic encounters and dining table and chairs for outside dining. All the bedrooms and lounge have remote controlled air conditioning.

Additional Booking Conditions:

• On arrival you will be asked to sign a blank credit card slip that may be used after you leave in the unlikely event there are damages or extra cleaning required.
  
  
• For High and Peak Season dates there is a minimum 5 night booking requirement.
  
  
• For bookings made within 30 days of arrival the total balance will be charged to the credit card used to secure the booking, at the time of booking.
  
  
• Arrivals between 6.00pm and 9.00pm will be charged a late check-in fee of 25 euros. Between 9.00pm and midnight the charge will be 40 euros. Sunday check-ins will also attract a 25 euro charge.
  
  
• Arrivals after midnight cannot be accommodated, entry to the apartment must be the following day.
  
  
• For this apartment the balance may be paid by cash or credit card. If paying the balance by credit card a processing charge of 1.5% will be applied, with a minimum 5 euros.
  
  
• For this apartment we offer cot and high chair hire at 25 euros per item per booking.
