A great apartment with a cute terrace right in the centre of the village. 3 minutes to the beach and less to the cafes and shops but in a tranquil street.
Although on the third floor, (no lift) the stairs are not steep and the sweeping stairs are open and light. South East facing so sun most of the day on the terrace to enjoy between breakfast to watching the sun go down where you can sunbathe, relax, dine out and watch the world go by.
Everything is close by but the street is a tranquil one and semi pedestrianised and the beaches are only about 3 minutes walk away.
Walking into the apartment you step into the living area and are welcomed by the striking colours. The living area provides a double sofa bed, coffee table and TV, DVD and Stereo. It is simply furnished but in fantastic fun colours making the apartment cosy at night but bright and fresh during the day.
The dining area has a dining table and 4 modern red chairs with a standard lamp to add a little atmosphere at night.
The terrace is directly off the living area where you can sunbathe on the 2 loungers or sit out at the table where there are four matching pink chairs, just to be different! A great terrace for watching the world go by below but while retaining all your privacy.
The bedroom contains a double bed with bedside tables and reading lights and fitted wardrobes with access also straight onto the terrace.
The bathroom has a shower with sink and w.c.
The kitchen is fully equipped with electric halogen hob and oven, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, kettle, toaster and coffee maker
This smart apartment is great central base to be within walking distance of everywhere, but not being disturbed if you were to ever want an early night.
Please note this apartment has no air conditioning (although there are fans provided).
Additional Booking Conditions:
- Arrivals after 8.00pm to 10.00pm will be charged a late check-in fee of 20 euros.
- Arrivals after 10.00pm to midnight will be charged a late check-in fee of 40 euros.
On arrival you will be asked to provide a security deposit of 200 euros in cash which will be returned on departure unless there is the unlikely event that there are damages or extra cleaning required.
