Windows lead out to a lovely terrace, perfect for al fresco dining and soaking up the sunshine on the loungers provided.
The kitchen is well equipped with hob, oven, fridge freezer, microwave and plenty of pots, pans and tableware.
There are two comfortable double bedrooms with beautiful, traditional Spanish wardrobes. There is an additional single bedroom.
Both double bedrooms have air conditioning and both have adjoining balconies. The single bedroom has a fan.
The apartment has one large and one small bathroom, each with showers.
This is a very well priced apartment, perfect for guests wanting a more traditional feel in a very central location.
Please be aware that the air conditioning is only in the double bedrooms.
Additional Booking Conditions:
On arrival you will be asked to sign a blank credit card slip that may be used after you leave in the unlikely event there are damages or extra cleaning required.
- For High and Peak Season dates there is a minimum 5 night booking requirement.
For bookings made within 30 days of arrival the total balance will be charged to the credit card used to secure the booking, at the time of booking.
Arrivals between 6.00pm and 9.00pm will be charged a late check-in fee of 25 euros. Between 9.00pm and midnight the charge will be 40 euros. Sunday check-ins will also attract a 25 euro charge.
Arrivals after midnight cannot be accommodated, entry to the apartment must be the following day.
For this apartment the balance may be paid by cash or credit card. If paying the balance by credit card a processing charge of 1.5% will be applied, with a minimum 5 euros.
For this apartment we offer cot and high chair hire at 25 euros per item per booking.
