Access is via a marbled entrance hallway, with stairs to the 3rd floor duplex.
On the entrance level is the bright living/dining area. Attractively furnished with wood floors throughout. To the side is the well equipped, sleek modern kitchen with electric hob, oven, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. Leading off the kitchen is a large terrace, perfect for al fresco dining.
Also on this floor is one of the double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and a large shower room.
From the entrance level elegant marble stairs take you to the top floor. The second double bedroom is on this level along with the third bedroom with a single bed. From this room there is access to the second terrace with furniture to relax and soak up the sunshine.
There is also a large shower room on the upper level.
This is a smart, central apartment. With doorstep access to the town centre and beaches but with private terraces to enjoy some relaxation time.
Additional Booking Conditions:
On arrival you will be asked to sign a blank credit card slip that may be used after you leave in the unlikely event there are damages or extra cleaning required.
- For High and Peak Season dates there is a minimum 5 night booking requirement.
For bookings made within 30 days of arrival the total balance will be charged to the credit card used to secure the booking, at the time of booking.
Arrivals between 6.00pm and 9.00pm will be charged a late check-in fee of 25 euros. Between 9.00pm and midnight the charge will be 40 euros. Sunday check-ins will also attract a 25 euro charge.
Arrivals after midnight cannot be accommodated, entry to the apartment must be the following day.
For this apartment the balance may be paid by cash or credit card. If paying the balance by credit card a processing charge of 1.5% will be applied, with a minimum 5 euros.
For this apartment we offer cot and high chair hire at 25 euros per item per booking.
