This is a spectacular 5 bedroom house with a wonderful private pool just 20 minutes walk or a 5 minute drive from the centre of beautiful Sitges (the garage has space for 3 cars). There is large private pool, surrounded by private gardens, and a games room.
The garden area has a large beautifully tiled pool, populated by various palms and furnished with loungers you can relax in your own Mediterranean haven. From here you can access the lower level, with a games room complete with pool table, dart board and TV, twin bedroom and a 2nd kitchen which leads on to an open dining area with table, chairs and BBQ.
Steps lead up to the spacious lounge and dining area, with a flat screen TV (UK, Spanish and French channels), separate toilet, Master bedroom with ensuite shower room and a luxurious kitchen, combing dark wood and steel. It is fully equipped with oven, hob, dishwasher and all the crockery and pots/pans you might need to throw a spontaneous dinner party!
On the upper level, there is an open work area with a desk and WiFi internet access, a bathroom with bath and walk in shower and 3 further double bedrooms, stylishly furnished each with a great double bed, ample wardrobe space and a balcony with sea views.

Additional Booking Conditions:
On arrival you will be asked to provide a credit card number and to sign to agree that your card can be charged in the unlikely event there are damages or extra cleaning required.
- For High and Peak Season dates there is a minimum 5 night booking requirement.
For bookings made within 30 days of arrival the total balance will be charged to the credit card used to secure the booking, at the time of booking.
Arrivals between 6.00pm and 9.00pm will be charged a late check-in fee of 25 euros. Between 9.00pm and midnight the charge will be 40 euros. Sunday check-ins will also attract a 25 euro charge.
Arrivals after midnight cannot be accommodated, entry to the apartment must be the following day.
For this apartment the balance may be paid by cash or credit card. If paying the balance by credit card a processing charge of 2.5% will be applied, with a minimum 5 euros.
For this apartment we offer cot and high chair hire at 25 euros per item per booking.
