This fantastic villa is located just outside of Sitges, approximately 10 minutes walk to the beach and 20 minutes to the centre of town. With its own swimming pool, 3 parking spaces and accommodating up to 15 guests, this is a great choice for large families or groups.

With a very spacious south facing garden, you can enjoy the sun all day, taking a refreshing dip in the pool to cool off. There are two fabulous terraces were you can enjoy dining alfresco using the barbecue area, or enjoy a chilled glass of cava in the shade.

There are two spacious living areas to chose from, with comfortable sofas and coffee tables, two plasma TV's a DVD player, stereo system and a computer station with internet access, all you need to do is decide whether to relax with a glass of wine and a book, or make use of the entertainment facilities.

The modern independent kitchen is very bright and airy, it has a small dining area where you can enjoy a morning coffee and croissant and is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, oven/hob, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, water cooler and plenty of pots, pans, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils, making dining in a simple and sociable affair. There is also a separate spacious dining room.

The apartment has six double bedrooms, three with King size beds, two with a double and a single bed and one with a double bed. There is also a portable single bed which can be placed in any room.

There are three bathrooms, one with a bath and overhead shower, walk in shower, bidet, hand basin and WC and two bathrooms with a bath with overhead shower, hand basin and WC.

This is a great villa with wonderful facilities, slightly away from the frenetic centre, but easily accessible by car. With a fabulous swimming pool it offers everything you need for your stay in Sitges.
