Under Age 10 - select the number of people in your party that will be UNDER 10 on the arrival
date, and that WILL require a bed. We need to know this so we can calculate the price correctly, as in most
apartments they stay for free. You do not need to include any infants that do NOT require a bed - you can
request a cot for them when booking.

Luxury Studio with pool access.
A 6th floor luxury studio apartment - this has a real wow factor, from the views of the glistening Med to the natural stone walled bedroom, separated from the lounge by a glass walled jacussi bath. Staying here is a real indulgence.
The apartment is open plan giving a great feeling of space and light, reflected by the stainless steel and polished wood surfaces.
The lounge area has a large sofa looking onto the bedroom area and a 48 inch TV with DVD VCR and hifi, as well as fantastic views over Sitges and the Med. Large sliding glass doors open out on to the terrace -ideal for Al Fresco dining in style or sunbathing on the loungers.
The bedroom area is on a raised platform, again, with views of the Med. Open to the bedroom is a stone shower and small jacussi bath.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with fridge freezer, oven and hob and washing machine.
There is a communal, residents only, swimming pool, car parking and lift.
In a complex only a few minutes stroll to the centre, and still only a short walk to the beach this apartment will really add to the thrill of your holiday in SItges.
Additional Booking Conditions:
On arrival you will be asked to sign a blank credit card slip that may be used after you leave in the unlikely event there are damages or extra cleaning required.
For High and Peak Season dates there is a minimum 4 night booking requirement.
For bookings made within 30 days of arrival the total balance will be charged to the credit card used to secure the booking.
Arrivals after 8.00pm to will be charged a late check-in fee of 25 euros. Sunday check-ins will also attract a 25 euro charge.
Arrivals after midnight cannot be accommodated, entry to the apartment must be the following day.
For this apartment the balance may be paid by cash or credit card. If paying the balance by credit card a processing charge of 1.5% will be applied.
For this apartment we offer cot and high chair hire at 25 euros per item per booking.
