To find the apartments that are available for your dates, number of nights, and can accommodate the number of people in

Arrival - enter your arrival date in the format dd/mm/yy - that means the day first, then the month, then the year.
Guests - select the number of people in your party that are aged 10 or over on the arrival date. If there are many

Under Age 10 - select the number of people in your party that will be UNDER 10 on the arrival
date, and that WILL require a bed. We need to know this so we can calculate the price correctly, as in most
apartments they stay for free. You do not need to include any infants that do NOT require a bed - you can
request a cot for them when booking.

Smart central duplex with large sunny terrace.
This attic duplex is centrally located only seconds from the bars, restaurants and beach, but in a quiet side street away from the frenzy.
A wide bright hallway flows into the large lounge / dining area. With light streaming in from 2 sets of french windows, that open onto standing balconies, this lounge is airy, bright and cool. Furnished with 2 leather sofas and a large TV, DVD and hifi you can comfortably relax after a hard day at the beach, before a night out on the town.
A large adjustable table offers dining for 4, just off the well-equipped kitchen that has a large fridge freezer, oven and hob, washing machine / dryer, and dishwasher.
On the same floor is a double bedroom and large bathroom complete with bath and shower.
Climb the wooden spiral staircase to reach the second bedroom that occupies the upper floor along with the second large bathroom and fantastic terrace.
The upper bedroom has a double bed and large french windows on two sides of the room that open onto the L shaped terrace equipped with dining furniture.
The upper bathroom is complete with bath and shower.
This apartment is simply furnished with a mix of old and new, providing a spacious relaxing, interesting apartment for 2 couples or a small family.
Please note that the spiral staircase that separates the 2 levels is open to both the upper and lower rooms and also may not be suitable for the elderly.
Additional Booking Conditions:
On arrival you will be asked to sign a blank credit card slip that may be used after you leave in the unlikely event there are damages or extra cleaning required.
For High and Peak Season dates there is a minimum 4 night booking requirement.
For bookings made within 30 days of arrival the total balance will be charged to the credit card used to secure the booking.
Arrivals between 6.00pm and 9.00pm will be charged a late check-in fee of 25 euros. Between 9.00pm and midnight the charge will be 40 euros. Sunday check-ins will also attract a 25 euro charge.
Arrivals after midnight cannot be accommodated, entry to the apartment must be the following day.
For this apartment the balance may be paid by cash or credit card. If paying the balance by credit card a processing charge of 1.5% will be applied.
For this apartment we offer cot and high chair hire at 25 euros per item per booking.
