A spectacular house with a wonderful private pool, that's a 5 minute drive from the centre of beautiful Sitges (the garage has space for 3 cars). Overlooking the Med and the hills, you can almost see Ibiza. The large private pool, surrounded by many terraces, a lounge of massive proportions, a designer kitchen, and marble bathrooms create a truly spectacular holiday location. This is your own private 5 star accommodation.

The garden area has a large beautifully tiled pool, decking and grass. Populated by various palms and an Olive tree and furnished with loungers you can relax in the your own Mediterranean haven.

Step up to the house and enter through the large panelled wooden door.

The massive living space has lounge and dining areas, along with stunning views. Around the real fire are black leather sofas and chairs (comfortable seating for 6) . There is dining for 8, and a second dining table for 4. A wall of glass with sliding doors lead out onto the upper terrace. There is British satellite TV (full package including films) and DVD, and ADSL high speed internet connection. Theer is also a telephone charged at regular Telefonica rates.

The kitchen is sleek and luxurious combing dark wood and steel. It is fully equipped with oven, hob, dishwasher and all the crockery and pots/pans you might need to throw a spontaneous dinner party!

On the main floor there is a double bedroom, stylishly furnished with a great double bed and ample wardrobe space.

There is a full bathroom on this floor, fully tiled with bath and shower.

Access to the upper floor you is via the impressive glassed stairwell where four further bedrooms are located.

The master bedroom has a luxurious double bed and a stunning en suite with Jacuzzi massage bath, double sink unit and separate WC. Indulge yourself!

The three further bedrooms are all furnished with double beds and plenty of wardrobe space.

In addition there is a third bathroom, elegantly tiled throughout with full bath and shower.

If you need to accommodate even more people, a further 4 can stay in the totally self contained apartment at the pool level, with 2 bedrooms and bathrooms, at the same luxurious specifications as the main house. This aparment is never rented out independantly of the house (so you'll never be sharing the property). The price to stay in both the main house and the apartment is 980 euros per night.

Additional Booking Conditions:

On arrival you will be asked to sign a blank credit card slip that may be used after you leave in the unlikely event there are damages or extra cleaning required.

For High and Peak Season dates there is a minimum 4 night booking requirement.

For bookings made within 30 days of arrival the total balance will be charged to the credit card used to secure the booking.

Arrivals between 6.00pm and 9.00pm will be charged a late check-in fee of 25 euros. Between 9.00pm and midnight the charge will be 40 euros. Sunday check-ins will also attract a 25 euro charge.

Arrivals after midnight cannot be accommodated, entry to the apartment must be the following day.

For this apartment the balance may be paid by cash or credit card. If paying the balance by credit card a processing charge of 1.5% will be applied.

For this apartment we offer cot and high chair hire at 25 euros per item per booking.
