apartments they stay for free. You do not need to include any infants that do NOT require a bed - you can
request a cot for them when booking.

Great Villa - Private Pool !
Beautiful, simple, stylish and relaxing. This great villa is located a short drive from Sitges. With private pool and gardens and extensive views over the surrounding hills and to the sea this is a wonderful spot for your Catalunia experience.
Villa Yolanda is set in the hills of Can Suria Nort which is in the heart of the Penedes wine growing country. This hamlet, and the house, is located approximately 20 minutes car ride from the bustling seaside resort of Sitges, some 15 minutes from the local wine-town of Vila Franca and only 40 minutes from the wonderful city of Barcelona and the convenience of Barcelona International airport. Reus airport is approx 10 minutes further easy drive away.
The house is part of development of 8 similarly styled villas that were completed in 2006 and have been finished to a good standard with good fittings and a range of labour saving devices, especially in the kitchen.
There is a TV, stereo, DVD player, fridge/freezer, washing machine, BBQ and ample crockery, cutlery and glassware.
The house is large and furnished in a relaxed and stylish way with a spacious lounge and dining room, with the good sized and well equipped kitchen just off the dining area.
There are 3 bedrooms of a good size with either fitted or standing wardrobe space arranged as a master double bedroom (bed size 160cm by 200cm); plus 2 further twin bedded bedrooms, with beds of 90cm by 200cm.
There is a master en-suite shower room to the master bedroom, also accessible from the first of the twin bedrooms. In addition there is a further family bathroom with the bath also having an overhead shower.
The outside space of the house makes this a very relaxing and comfortable space to enjoy as a holiday home. There is ample terracing with outside dining space and tables and chairs off of the living room. This terrace leads down to the good size garden and your private swimming pool.
To the rear of the kitchen there is more outside terrace area with a private BBQ and further seating area.
The villa is fully furnished and provided with bed-linens and towels.
Although a car is necessary for this villa the drive to Sitges is pleasant and quick. The surrounding countryside is beautiful and tranquil. This is a great choice for a relaxing break in fabulous Catalunia.
Additional Booking Conditions:
Minimum stay is 7 nights and this generally operates from Saturday to Saturday. Bookings must normally be in multiples of 7 nights but any bookings greater than 7 nights will be considered. Please submit your booking and we will respond as quickly as possible.
If your booked stay is for 2 or more weeks there will be an interim clean after the first week and a change of bed-linens and towels.
The balance of the booking will be charged 8 weeks before your arrival date.
At the time of check-in you will be asked to provide your credit card and sign a credit card slip. Normal wear and tear in the house and reasonable accidental breakages, such as a broken plate or glass will be included in the weekly rental but more extensive damage or breakages will be charged to your credit card.
