Relaxing but central.
Central and convenient for all the night-life, bars and restaurants, but is in a quieter street in the heart of town where you retire for a good nights sleep and lazy mornings.
Newly refurbished and decorated in 2006, this three bedroom apartment is an ideal pied a terre to be moments away from the shops, bars, restaurants and beaches. It is a light and airy right in the heart of the village furnished in cream, beige and white walls with bold splashes of colour from the modern art.
The apartment does not have a lift but is only on the first floor. There are wooden floors and halogen spotlights throughout. There is a large double bedroom, smaller double and a single bedroom with a large walk-in shower room. All air conditioned and double glazed.
The living area is all white walls in simple good taste with tactile fabrics and textures. There is an extendable dining table and 4 suede high backed chairs then a good sized comfy sofa with two little side tables and reading lamps and another comfy chair. A bright red rug adds a touch of colour against the creams and whites. There is a widescreen TV with SKY satelite freeview, stereo, DVD player and broadband internet. This then leads out onto the balcony.
The balcony is big enough to fit a teak table and two chairs to watch the goings on in the street or sip your coffee in the morning sun. It has an awning to add shade and privacy.
The kitchen is compact and tucked away, but is fully equipped and has access to a small interior balcony that houses the washing machine and useful luggage storage space. There is a electric halogen hob and electric oven and microwave with a stainless steel extractor fan, dishwasher and large fridge freezer. There is of course a kettle, coffee maker, iron and ironing board.
The master bedroom has a double bed, wooden floors, lots of wardrobe space and two bedside cabinets and reading lamps with a window that looks out to the street.
The second double bedroom has a double bed, with fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinet and a further little table and chair. The window is to an interior lightwell.
The third bedroom is a smaller room with wooden floors , single bed with a bedside cabinet and reading lamp with fitted wardrobes and again an interior window.
The shower room is in a modern style and contains a shower (no bath), sink and w.c. all set with wooden tops and rustic tiles.
An ideal space that provides everything for a family or group of friends to come and relax.
Additional Booking Conditions:
On arrival you will be asked to sign a blank credit card slip that may be used after you leave in the unlikely event there are damages or extra cleaning required.
For High and Peak Season dates there is a minimum 4 night booking requirement.
For bookings made within 30 days of arrival the total balance will be charged to the credit card used to secure the booking.
Arrivals after 8.00pm to will be charged a late check-in fee of 25 euros. Sunday check-ins will also attract a 25 euro charge.
Arrivals after midnight cannot be accommodated, entry to the apartment must be the following day.
For this apartment the balance may be paid by cash or credit card. If paying the balance by credit card a processing charge of 1.5% will be applied.
For this apartment we offer cot and high chair hire at 25 euros per item per booking.
