If you are looking for a perfectly located apartment then this is the one for you. Located on a pretty traditional old town street the beach is at one end and the town centre is at the other.
The apartment is located one floor up in a small apartment building.
On entering the apartment the living room is a generous size with a cool and smart ceramic tiled floor and a small balcony overlooking the street. The balcony has views to the beach and the sea and up the hill which is very picturesque with white painted houses and balconies full of flowers.
The living room has a sofa which converts to a double bed, coffee table, comfy chair and side board with TV. There is a dining table and chairs for 4. It is simply furnished with no clutter. It has a clean and fresh feel and is fully air conditioned.
The kitchen is accessed from the hall but has an opening to the living area so cooking can be a social affair.
The kitchen is compact but has everything you might need for self-catering with wooden units and granite tops. It is fully fitted with ceramic electric hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine, kettle, toaster and coffee maker.
The bathroom is fully tiled with traditional white tiling with a shower, sink and w.c.
The hall leads to two bedrooms at the back of the building. One a single bedroom with 3/4 bed (bigger than a single but not a double) with night table and a reading lamp. It also has fitted wardrobes.
The double bedroom has a double bed, bedside cabinets, reading lamp and fitted wardrobes with its own air conditioning unit.
In this apartment there are air conditioning units in the main bedroom, one in the hallway and one in the living room.
With the the town centre at one end of the street and the main beaches at the other this is a wonderfully located apartment. It is cool and simple providing a great base for your stay in beautiful Sitges.
Additional Booking Conditions:
A requirement of your stay will be to agree to turn the air conditioning off at 12:00 midnight until 08:00 so that neighbours are not disturbed. If the a/c is left on during the evening the apartment remains cool throughout the night.
