Superbly located in a quiet residential street with only a very short walk down to the main beaches and only 5 minutes from the restaurants, cafes, shops and bars of the old town centre - this is a great location for your stay in Sitges.

This is a newly refurbished apartment and offers stylish modern accommodation which is both comfortable and super convenient. The apartment is on the 3rd floor without a lift but with easy stairs. The living room is light and airy with wooden floors and access directly through patio doors onto the large terrace. There is a large L shaped chocolate coloured leather sofa with plenty of beige scatter cushions, TV and DVD that can also play your CD's. Make sure you bring your ipod as there are special ipod Bose speakers to plug into. There is also wireless internet. To one side is a further dining area with a dark wood table and chairs.

The incredible terrace provides a further living area with dining table and chairs and a great outside sofa to relax and rewind with a good book surrounded by leafy palms and complemented mosaic pictures on the walls, but open to the sky. This is the place where you are likely to want to be for dining and relaxing throughout the whole day and at night when the lanterns and candles create a great romantic atmosphere. An electric sun canopy covering the entire terrace gives complete protection from the strong midday sun.

The superb kitchen is top of the range and fitted with black marble surfaces and is extensively equipped with fridge-freezer, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, gas hob/range, kettle, toaster and coffee maker. All plates, glasses, wine glasses and cutlery are provided together with an iron & ironing board.

The master en-suite air conditioned bedroom benefits from wall to wall fitted wardrobes, providing hanging space, shelves and cupboards. There are bedside cabinets on each side of king sized bed. The bedroom is beautifully decorated in deep red to offset the exquisite grey, black and white bed linen on the hand made one off wrought iron bed, complemented by the original artworks on the walls. There are double glazed doors on to the rear balcony. The bedroom is light, sunny and bright but also has black out shutters if required. The very smart en-suite shower room is designed completely in glass including the shower and the sink.

The second air conditioned double bedroom has a double bed and bedside tables and lamps. Patio doors lead to a standing balcony with black out shutters. It is decorated tastefully in tone on tone to complement the wooden floors adn also has original artwork on the walls.

The third double bedroom tastefully decorated in whites and beiges with a white tallboy and bedside cabinets.

The main bathroom has a shower, bath, w.c., sink with cream mosaic tiled walls.
