The fully air conditioned open plan living area provides a great space with a sleek large white sofa opposite a huge 42 inch plasma screen TV. There is also WI-FI internet and DVD player. To one side of the living space is a dining table and chairs for six. On the other side is a conservatory-type space with glazed roof providing a further table and chair for reading or working, if you have to! One wall is glazed entirely with doors leading out into the private secluded garden.
In the south facing garden there is a table and chairs for dining out al fresco and further loungers so you can fully relax if the 3 minute walk to the beach is too strenuous an option.
The stylish and modern kitchen is fully equipped with vitro ceramic hob, oven, microwave, stainless steel fridge-freezer and Siemens dishwasher. All cooking utensils, pots, pans, tableware and cutlery are provided for your stay.
There is a handy shower room with sink and w.c. on the ground floor and the first double bedroom.
Upstairs, via the spiral staircase is a further bedroom which has two of its own private terraces. The bedroom has a king sized bed and plasma screen TV. From the bedroom you can walk out on to either terrace, one of which has a small table and chairs where you may take breakfast or an evening cocktail before heading into the centre for the bars and restaurants.
This bedroom also has its own en-suite bathoom with shower, sink and w.c.
